The farm spreads over a great deal of S?o Paulo, so selecting a region can be tricky, but we feel it?s a great fit for our arsenal with stunning hazelnut and chocolate notes, it makes for a full bodied and robust espresso or filter coffee. As with all our beans, this a washed Arabica which compliments our fluid bed roasting style best.
